Our Presenter is Jane Cremisi. Jane is an alumnus of Umass Amherst with a degree in business administration & marketing. Jane has consistently been ranked as a top sales producer in several industries over the past 20 years. In 2001 Jane joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Home Mortgage Consultant. Wells Fargo is one of the country's largest retail lenders and a major service provider for home mortgage loans. During the eight years Jane has been with Wells Fargo, she has ranked in the top 5% of loan originators in her region. Jane maintains a strong relationship with all her borrowers and has an excellent customer service record. Jane works in the Newton, MA. branch.

We have established a steering council and group of experts in Real Estate, Estate Planning, Financial Planning, and Life Coaching. We meet regularly and will provide insights and information for those considering downsizing. We provide a forum to compare notes and interact with our experts in this ongoing discussion.
Information and representatives on different communities and lifestyles are part of this group. Current on our agenda are the 440 Westwood 128 Station Residences planned for Q1 2009 Phase I and those additional available Phase II. Please register your interest in this program and we will keep you informed of the nature and availability of these residential units. The plan with Cabot Cabot & Forbes is evolving and Christy May will be participating in focus groups to provide insight to plans for this new town in Westwood.
